Feedback emPower Tools

Feedback emPower Tools is a cost-free, interactive resource designed to help students, trainees, and all other learners in developing the skills and mindset to make the most of feedback. Through themed PowerPacks, learners explore common challenges related to feedback, and strategies for overcoming them. Each PowerPack includes:

  • A short Explainer Video, to build learners’ awareness of the challenges and provide tips and advice
  • A Practice Activity, to deepen learners’ reflection on and understanding of the challenges
  • A Takeaway Tool, to scaffold learners’ ability to tackle the challenges and find the value in their own feedback

Feedback can sometimes be vague, unfair, disappointing, even wrong. But that doesn’t always mean it’s useless.
