17.2   By submitting content, you confirm that:

17.3   You grant Feedback emPower Tools a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your Submission on Our Site and in related communications for promotional purposes.

17.4   We may edit Submissions for clarity, length, or formatting, but will not alter the meaning.

17.5   We are not obliged to publish any Submission and may remove content at our discretion.

18.   PowerPack Selector Bot (AI Chatbot)

18.1   Our Site includes an AI-powered chatbot (“PowerPack Selector Bot”) designed to assist users in navigating Content.

18.2   The chatbot provides guidance based on available information but does not constitute professional advice. Any decisions or actions taken based on chatbot responses are at your own discretion and risk.

18.3   You must not submit sensitive, confidential, or personal information beyond what is necessary for navigation.

18.4   Use of the chatbot is subject to Our Privacy Policy, which explains how data are collected, processed, and stored.
